I can’t read the white text right now, but I will tell you this: Sometimes we feel horrible about ourselves. It feels like you are the worst person ever right now. That happens. But you have to remember that it is NOT true. You are a wonderful kind person and nobody is perfect, it’s okay to mess up. Try to think about all of the good things you’ve done; I bet there are so many that you forgot about some. We’re all here for you if you need to talk.
