Some background for this. I was bored. I do strange and tedious things when I'm bored. In this case, I decided to look through every page of the MB to see what the oldest pages still around was.
Here are the five oldest pages of The 39 Clues Message Board. All are from August 2011. The days are in parenthesis.
5: DAMIEN IS ALIVE by Classified (30)
This thread, by a now classified account, explains that the thread creator figured out a code on the cover of The Medusa Plot.
4: Can anyone here speak a different language? by CodeCaptain25 (28)
This ten page thread revealed the massive array of languages our Cahill family knew and is the only one in these five threads to have a reply from an MB Moderator (Gavin).
3: How do you get past the magic box on mission 7? by Classified (12)
I think the title basically says it all.
2: IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR EKATERINA AGENTS by AstonishingPhoenix41 (7)
This thread is the shortest on the list, with a mere four posts in total.
And some fun facts before I reveal the oldest thread...
There were two threads posted on the 30th. However, the one in our number 5 spot was six hours older than the thread Abby Cahill part 3, created by a now classified account.
A number of 2011 threads still remain. 61 of them actually (I counted). It seems that some people were interested in the "Classified" names that some posts from this time had and replied.
Hardly anything from 2013 - 2015 remains. The majority of the threads I saw were from 2011, 2012, or 2016 onward.
...and now our oldest surviving thread.
1: Holt Challenge in Mission 10 by PoseidonHorus28 (4)
This thread, which now has 6 posts and three stars, is the oldest post still around here on The 39 Clues Message Board.
Because the Spirit Animals Forum didn't start until 2013 and Wings of Fire a few years after, this is the oldest thread in all of Scholastic.
