XD And sorry for the late POV!
We were on the last episode of the third season when thunder boomed outside. I looked towards the window in the kitchen and saw that the water was floating from the kettle. "What the-" I mouthed as it suddenly got darker and thunder boomed again. I looked at Cosimia as the temperature suddenly dropped. I paled for a second when I realized that it was her doing this. I grabbed the remote and turned the TV off as snow started falling in the house. "Cosimia," I said gently, "Cosimia, look at me." She slowly turned, hands clenched and arms trembling and I saw that she was about to cry. Sherlock had been shot and so was her heart. Lightning flashed as the room got darker. My fingertips went aflame as the snow turned to sleet as the water from the kettle joined the snow, slowly forming into a blizzard around us. The fire on me went out and I grabbed Cos's shoulders as a tear fell down her cheek. The temperature dropped again, the blizzard thickened, it started to rain outside, and the room got even darker. I got a blanket from the couch we were sitting on and put it around her pulling her into a hug, ignoring the below-freezing temperatures and the fact that I might be getting frostbite, hypothermia, or something lesser since I had nothing but jeans and a light T-shirt on. She started to sob on me and everything increased. I clenched my teeth as my scabs opened up as the ice tore at my skin. I think I heard my phone ring, but I didn't dare move to check it.
After what seemed like hours, I heard the door slam close and Elizabeth's voice say, "I called you guys, like, twice ten minutes ago. What was going o-" The storm around Cos and I started to abate as Lizzy said, "Cos, Ginger, what happened?" The blizzard faded, as did the storm, water coated the floor, and it started to get brighter in the room as Cos let go of me and wiped her eyes. I was shaking and could barely produce a spark. "Emotions got out of hand," Cos explained in an after-cry voice. She rushed over and put a hand to Cos's forehead and checked her arms for any new scars. Apparently she was warm and fine. However, when she checked me, she did not like the results. "Oh my gosh, Ginger, how are you so cold? You control fire," Liz states as she wraps two blankets around me in an effort to warm me up. "Okay, what happened that caused you to lose control of your powers and for the hot-head to suddenly feel like he is covered in ice for an hour?" Elizabeth demanded to know.
(hope it was good. Sorry if it wasn't. XP)
