I believe that freewill does exist. If hypothetically there was no freewill, then I believe punishment should not exist. The only thing to blame would be whatever cosmic force was in control.

Interesting . . . Another question: should we have freewill? Or would it be easier and more efficient for a society's government to manage our life and choices, so that way if anything ever goes wrong, all the blame can never rest on us, but instead rest on the people who control us? Should freewill have limitations?
