I waited at Cafè serendipity (Serendipity means pleasant surprise, btw) for Matthew. After when I think was fifteen minutes, Matthew appeared, dressed in a grey sweater with a blue collar, jeans, and silver sneakers that glistened in the light from the street lamps. "Hey, uh.. Hi.. Sorry about that duel thing. Uh.. I'm.. Kinda curious about you..." I said to him, hiding my face to not show the super red blush on my face. You only do this around boys you know don't have a girlfriend, but your blushing so hard! Get yourself together. I thought. "It's ok.. Well," Matthew hesitantly made eye contact when I finally got out of the blushing fit, "Did you get matched by some kid at your school? I've dealt with matchmakers many times, if you need help.." He said. The food I ordered for us was already a little cold, I had a chocolate brownie, and Matthew had a croissant. A rustle in the bushes indicated Mary and Henry were watching, waiting for the signal. "Well, uh.. As you know, I'm Patience, but a prefer to be called Savannah, But it's ok if you do call me Patience.. And uh.. Yup! I got matched by Mary." I said. I ate a bit of my brownie when a glow came from the bushes. I looked at it for a while until Matthew touched my hand. "Patience? What you looking at?" He said. "Something is wrong with that bush.. A light keeps flickering from it.." I Sid, a little blush on my face. "Well, let's go check it out then!" Matthew said as we got up.
