That's right, Mission 4 is here!
This is a very special and important Mission for us. It will be the 29th and final Mission for the 39 Clues. But don't worry! The story of Dan, Amy, Ian, Saladin and all the rest will continue in The 39 Clues Superspecial.
With the announcements out of the way, I hope you'll indulge me in a personal message.
With Sheila leaving for the next step in her career a few weeks ago, I had a very special opportunity to come full circle and help finish out this final 39 Clues Mission. It's made me think back to over eight years ago, when I was first applying to work at Scholastic on The 39 Clues. I remember getting more excited after each round of interviews. I get to work on video games AND adventure books? And the series sounded so amazing—action, history, puzzles, and even goofy spy animals!
When I finally got the call that I was hired, it felt like my adult life was finally starting. And I was right. I've had the chance to work with an amazingly creative team here at scholastic, collaborate with the best authors in the business, and create a personal relationship with the greatest fans in the world (you!). We've made browser games, mobile games, message board magic, and even a physical card game. I never expected it when I started, but I even got the opportunity to write short stories for The 39 Clues and Spirit Animals, and fulfill a lifelong dream of publishing my own book.
What I'm really trying to say is that The 39 Clues was the path that led to all of this. And, just like in the books, without a worldwide network of brilliant, creative, and enthusiastic Cahills, none of this would have been possible.
So thank so much you for joining us on this crazy ride. Now go take on Mission 4: Victory Lap!

P.S. Sheila made me promise to offer the silly song from the slideshow as a direct download. But play the Mission first!
