It's not on the bookmark bar anymore. Just hover over "Community" on the bookmark bar, click "Forums", and you go straight to the IRMB. You can also hover over Games, click on IR, and it'll take you to the main site. From there, just click Forums. The same method can be used by looking through the "Books" section.

If the series is end, usually MB becomes inactive [except t39c]. Like we saw in cases of TQ, Fox Craft, Mark of the theif.....
