Yes, yes, I know that I am pretty much a weirdo for doing this because, well:
A) It is a YouTube thing
B) I was supposed to be tagged on YouTube
C) This was for the release of THE ISLE OF THE LOST
But, I want to do it anyway because of reasons
So, let's started with the Disney Book Tag! *puts on Disney ears*
1) Ariel (THE LITTLE MERMAID)
Basically, a character that is a fish out of water. And for that, I will be choosing...
Ben Ripley from the SPY SCHOOL series.
Ben basically gets chosen to go to this CIA academy, and he just doesn't know what he's doing when he gets there, so I consider him a "fish out of water.
2) Cinderella (CINDERELLA)
A character that goes through a lot of character development. For this I'll have to go with...
Amber Laska from the MASTERMINDS trilogy
Amber's character development was the biggest out of all the characters in that trilogy. She started out organized and studious to reckless and impulsive. Heck, even her hair is different. MASTERMINDS: Long, blonde hair typically worn in a ponytail; CRIMINAL DESTINY: Short, black hair; PAYBACK: Slightly longer than CRIMINAL DESTINY with splashes of dark, fair, and even some red where the dye is fading.
3) Snow White
A book with an eclectic cast of characters. I'm going with...
The STORY THIEVES gang from well...STORY THIEVES.
Each one of these characters has something special about them, and I think that's what I love about them.
Bethany Sanderson: Half-Fictional and can jump into books
Owen Connors: Sweet fanboy
Kiel Gnomenfoot: Fictional, nuff said
Charm Mentum: Fictional, half robot
Gwen (A.K.A. Earth Girl): Superhero with like, twenty powers, how cool is that?
4) Aurora (SLEEPING BEAUTY)
A book that put you to sleep...
*holds up LES MISERABLES*
Do I even need to say why? It's like, over a thousand pages long, and believe me, I tried, but I just fell asleep...
5) The Lion King
A character that had something traumatic happen to them as a child...okay, I have 2 for this one....
(1) Charm Mentum from STORY THIEVES
Basically when she was 6, her house burned down, her parents and sister died in that fire, and her right side got burned so badly that they had to replace her arm, leg, and side of her face with robotic parts.
(2) The Baudelaire Children from A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS
Need I say more? The entire series is just one giant traumatic event for these poor children.
6) Beauty and the Beast
A book that was a beast of a book or really big, but once you pushed through it you really liked it...
DIVERGENT by Veronica Roth
A character that gets their wish fulfilled...
Owen Connors from STORY THIEVES
Owen is basically every book lover that has ever wanted to jump into their favorite book, and he does...it goes wrong, but he does...
A character who pretends to be something they're not...
Count Olaf from A SERIES OF UNFORTUNATE EVENTS
Count Olaf disguises himself to be people he's not so many times (Stefano, Captain Sham, Shirley, etc.)
9) Toy Story
A cast of characters you wish could come to life...
Pretty, pretty please the clones?
Your favorite villain...
Murray Hill from SPY SCHOOL
Murray is just so sassy and sarcastic he just makes me laugh so hard
