Maddie & Tae CD (Start Here)
Demi Lovato CD (Unbroken)
Eyeshadow (it's six in a small container, all pink/possibly a tiny bit purple)
Mascara (gotta figure out how use it)
Lip gloss (it's great)
Twelve pack of Dr. Pepper cans (I only have like four left now)
Wonder Ball thingy (it's chocolate with candy inside. also came with like two stickers)
The Outsiders (good book.)
A headband thingy (it's black and I guess kinda gold. it looks like a braid and goes on like the middle of your head)
New phone case (it's nice. black and green. it has like pale pink and kinda purple flowers on it)
Chocolate (with caramel inside)
The Rise of Darkrai (it's a Pokemon movie. Darkrai is awesome.)
Flip-flops (they're blue)
Journal (little and pink. probably gonna use it for notes next month.)
Pens (it's either a three or four pack)
SD Card (for my phone)
Dried peaches (they're good)
Fudge from Dollar Tree (not that great.)
Against The Current CD (In Our Bones)
I also got this new ribbon, but that wasn't wrapped or anything so it doesn't really count. Ooh, and pink roses, but they're dying.
I mostly like chocolate cake, which it was. Two layers, with purple and blue frosting. It was good.
For Apples To Apples, you should have like three or more players.
Everyone starts off with around seven red cards. The red cards have stuff on them, like cell phone, going to the movies, school--a lot of different things.
One person starts the game by drawing a green card and laying it face-up.
A green card has a word on it, along with a couple synonyms. Everyone else has to place a red card face-down on the table that they choose to say is whatever the word was.
So, for example...
(I'm gonna use us, Ptoby, and a book character)
If Ptoby draws a green card that says "Weird", then I'll probably raise my hand we (you, me and...Percy, I guess?) each have to put down a red card for that.
Ptoby has to flip the cards over and say what they are. He isn't supposed to know who played what (but if you know someone well enough, you can probably guess).
If I put down "School", you put down "Surprise parties", and Percy puts down "Babies", and Ptoby chose your card, you'd take the green card.
After that, the next person judges. Before the game starts, you should figure out how many green cards you're playing to. Whoever reaches that number first wins.
There are several other ways to play the game, but that's the normal one.
In Spoons, everyone has four cards. One person has the rest of the deck in front of them. There are spoons in the middle of the table (or just, like, if you're sitting in a circle on the floor, in the middle of y'all). The number of spoons is one less than the number of players.
When everyone's ready, the person with the deck gets a card from the top of the deck. If they decide to keep it, they trade one of their beginning cards for it. If they do, they slide that card face-down to someone next to them (you have to pick one side to go to. you can't (at least I'm pretty sure you can't) slide one to the person on your left and then the next card to your right).
They keep doing that, and the others do what the first person did: pick up the card, decide to keep it or not, put a card down.
If you get four of a kind, you grab a spoon. When someone grabs one, everyone else can, too. Whoever doesn't get one is out.
And...yeah. You can have two or more players.
I don't really know how to explain what a Hot Pocket is, but my sister says it's a giant pizza roll.
Welllll, I did. You did too? Wooo, fellow premie/preemie!
Ehh. She said she's "al'aight".
It went well! It was a swim party at...I don't know, it was either her grandma or aunt's place, I think. Then those of us who were staying rode over to her house and spent the night.
At one point during the swim party, her little sister and I were kicking water at each other while sitting on the edge of the pool, and I fell into the deep end during it. I can't really swim, so that was bad.
At one point, at least some of us played Ultimate Frisbee after dark before leaving.
Her family's dog is so tiny.
A while after getting to her house, we played the game Sardines.
And after that, she put Cinderella (2015 version) on and everyone went to bed. Before the game, she and another girl had put several mattresses in the family room (I guess it was the family room) and we all just slept on them. It was fun. Oh, and her parents fed us the next day.
