I'm changing my powers: Panther transformation, teleportation, and extreme agility
Rylee Evans' POV
I stare at the blank alley wall. Wow. This is exciting. No sarcasm there.
I sigh and slink into the giant shadows cast by the foul-smelling dumpsters filled with rotten food and hungry flies. I transform into a panther and stalk a rat. I pounce and it dies in a single neck-snap.
I ravenously dig into it, creating satisfying sounds of tearing flesh and breaking bones. The meat is fresh, and the fur isn't very coarse, so I figure it hadn't been very old.
I finish the rat and lick my claws. My stomach growling, I teleport to the M.R.D. to see if there was work for me.
By work, I mean freeing Mutants.
When I arrive, I change to human form and slick my brown hair back into a messy bun. I begin walking, keeping my golden eyes on the ground, and my black mask covering my nose and mouth. A few workers bump into me, but they don't seem to notice me.
Suddenly, a metal body rams into me. A splitting pain erupts in my head and I look up. I had run into a pole. Oops.
The alarms begin blaring and screaming.
I jump, and suddenly I'm a panther. Not even on purpose.
Unfortunately, workers see my transformation and begin running toward me. I let out a roar and pounce, a few workers falling to their backs. Snapping my teeth at them, they struggle to put a collar around my neck. I bite at whatever I can: an arm, a neck, a leg, a face.
Finally, they're all dead and I race to the cells. There's a pile of smoking, blue bars.
Someone stole my work.
